Our summer walk will be on the scenic Bromyard Downs in Herefordshire, about halfway between Worcester and Leominster. 

As usual, the programme will be an (optional) pre-walk coffee or light lunch, followed by a walk of about 5 miles, moving on to a pub for a late afternoon/early evening meal. 

It will be centred on the Brockhampton Estate, a National Trust property 2 miles east of Bromyard. Anyone who would like to come for the social event but not walk can spend an interesting afternoon visiting this historic moated manorhouse instead.

Non-members welcome.

Cost: Free of charge (any meals to be paid for on the day)

Keeping Customers Happy led by Nick Rosenthal

Nick is a lively, engaging speaker with lots of practical, down-to-earth advice. He spoke at our marketing and websites workshop in 2007, which received lots of very positive feedback. This time he will be talking about how we can keep our customers happy and differentiate ourselves as freelancers.

Healthy Working led by Doug Lawrence of Amicus Transtec

Doug has spoken to the WMG several times, most recently at a sales workshop. Participants always find his presentations enjoyable and come away with lots of useful information and ideas.
This time he will be talking about ways of staying healthy and avoiding injury.
